GEORGE S. BURNS

Admitted to California bar, 1986. Mr. Burns has successfully tried hundreds of jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and appeals. He frequently litigates real estate, environmental, insurance, employment, trade secret, trademark, unfair competition, partnership and corporate disputes.

Mr. Burns authors articles for the legal community, and has taught courses in business law and contracts in the post-graduate studies program at the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Burns has 35 years of experience as a business trial lawyer, representing clients in diverse fields such as commercial air operations, residential construction, heavy manufacturing and software development.  Over the course of his career, he has tried cases to verdict in diverse fields of computer software theft, real estate fraud, insurance bad faith, environmental remediation and wrongful termination.
